Weather Barrier Systems Limited is a New Zealand privately owned & operated company who are authorised distributor of DuPont™ Tyvek® Weather Barrier System in New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands.

Our purpose is to partner, with manufacturers of industry leading products that provide weather protection for people, buildings and personal belongings in New Zealand.

After being appointed by DuPont as New Zealand Distributor for DuPont™ Tyvek® Weather Barrier System on July 5, 2015, we immediately increased the system of DuPont™ Tyvek® Weather Barrier products available in New Zealand.

Whether you are an architect, trade merchant, builder or home owner you now have a greater choice of DuPont™ Tyvek® products to suit the specific needs of your project.

All products within the DuPont™ Tyvek® Weather Barrier System are engineered to work together by DuPont, carry the DuPont™ brand name, and are backed by DuPont – a 200 year old company, with a 40 year history in the Building Weatherization category

We also partnered with DuPont, who worked closely with CodeMark™, to get most of the DuPont™ Tyvek® Weather Barrier System certified by CodeMark™. This third party certification will not only ensure compliance with NZBC, but in a lot of instances, will ease building official “approval”.

We provide support to all parties involved in the building process.
Our support consists of education & specification assistance to architects and code officials. Education on installation best practices & product selection to builders, roofing contractors, code officials, trade merchants and home owners.

Our associates are motivated to ensure they make decisions that are in the best interests of our customers. In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, we stand behind the products we distribute and stand beside our business partners in resolving.
