TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The major prize is for a Harley Davidson XL1200CX Roadster. There are 5 x secondary prizes for a $250 voucher from Auckland Harley Davidson.
2. To be eligible to win you must make a hire from Hirepool between 14^th  May and 30^th June 2018.
3. The branch draw winners along with the major prize and secondary prize winners will be drawn by Hirepool.
4. The branch draw winners will be drawn on Friday 6^th July 2018 and notified by email.
5. The major prize and secondary prize winners will be drawn on the Wednesday 11^th July 2018 and will be notified via phone call no later than Friday 13^rd July 2018.
6. Hirepool’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
8. Hirepool Limited and any of its related companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), as a result of the winner accepting or using any prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. The prize draw is not open to any staff, agents or suppliers of Hirepool Limited or any of its related companies.
10. By entering this promotion, prize winners agree that Hirepool may use their photos, videos and names for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on the Hirepool website, social media and television.
