New fees and charges coming soon
Cladding inspections are an opportunity for us to check your cladding system including penetrations, flashings and cladding installation. We’ll send a special edition of Hard Hat Chat when the new fees are approved. Make sure you sign up to receive the update.
Hamilton City Council has launched a new online building consent system!
The new system allows customers to apply for a consent, add extra information and track the progress of their consent.
We will still accept paper applications although we encourage our customers looking to make an application to give the new system a go.
